No Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for any of our products. Since our cookies and ladoos are freshly prepared food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
When Are Refunds or Replacements Accepted?
We accept complaints only in the following cases:
The product is damaged during transit
The product is received in a defective or unusable condition
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind, taste preferences, or minor variations in appearance, which are natural in handmade products.
How to Raise a Complaint
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos or videos of:
The damaged product
The outer packaging
Email the details to [your support email] or contact us via [your official WhatsApp/Instagram handle]
Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will unfortunately not be eligible for review.
Resolution Process
Once we receive and verify your complaint:
We may offer a replacement for the affected product or
A refund, at our discretion, to the original mode of payment
Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
Important Notes
Refunds or replacements are subject to verification by the Milletnyou team.
Products that have been partially consumed or tampered with are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
